Lauren Nolan taught us how an engaged community can drive results for subscription businesses
Lauren Nolan joined us to talk about her experience with cultivating an engaged community for CBD subscription brand House of Wise.
As VP of Communications and Public Relations at House of Wise, a luxury wellness and CBD brand that offers subscription services, Lauren leads consumer marketing, brand strategy, and brand identity.
She explained how House of Wise uses public social accounts and a private Slack community to create a safe space for loyal customers to connect, support each other, and benefit from participating in their referral program. A big part of their success is genuinely engaging as humans and building campaigns their community members are passionate about. And, they don't skimp on thoughtful perks.
